Postal Mailing Information

Requirements

In order for a mailing to be qualified for automated bulk rate discounts they must meet the following requirements

  • Shape must be rectangular with square corners
  • Aspect Ratio must be 1.3 - 2.5
  • Space available for address must be 3.75" width X 1.5" height (rule of thumb)
  • Total Weight must be 3oz maximum
  • Thickness must be between .009" - .25"

Pieces that do not meet these requirements will be faced with a non-machinable postage increase or possible rejection by the USPS.

Rates

Mailing rates differ based on size, weight, class, and location. That is why we have created the Mailing Solutions Quote Calculator to provide an estimate and ease the process.
